I want to be able to use the most acai berry as possible. I know that it is the best thing for my body because of all the nutrients in it. It is known as one of the most complete foods all over the world.

But I want to know the different Forms of Acai so I now which ones are the most pure forms of the berry itself. It just seems like the best way to take it would be to be able to have the plant in my back yard, but since that won’t happen, I need the best way to take it.

A Youthful Figure
This year I turned thirty years old. For the most part I feel good about my age, but I must say I do feel like I’m getting old. My body doesn’t work the way it used to. When I was young I could eat whatever I wanted and I would never gain a pound. Now that I’m a little older I’ve noticed that my stomach is slightly bigger than it was a few years ago. I decided that I would go on a diet to try and cut down on some excess weight. With the encouragement from friends and family I believe I can once again have a youthful figure.
