Attorney general Terry Goddard has done a great service to the Acai Berry industry. He has forced Central Coast Nutraceuticals to pay a huge settlement, and to make strict assurances about their future trading standards.

CCN were guilty – allegedly – of using underhand tactics to force buyers into signing up for subscriptions that they didn’t want. Often the buyers didn’t even know they were signing up. In almost every case, once a subscription was formed it was impossible to cancel by virtue of CCN’s refusal to communicate with acai berry buyers. It was this acrid combination of mis selling, deception, and ultimate lack of customer care which prompted disgruntled purchasers of CCN’s goods to complain in such huge numbers to the AG’s Arizona office.

Goddard’s quick action resulted in a quick settlement by CCN – obviously they came to the conclusion that refuting the allegations wasn’t an option – and some of the money received will go towards restitution of CCN’s customers.

This is the not going to be the end of Acai Free Trial offers by any means: there are hundreds of other groups out there operating in the gray area of the law. Unfortunately while people are still signing up for the offers, there will continue to be a thriving – and highly lucrative – market.

Perhaps the one disappointing thing about this settlement is the size of it: it’s too small! The figure of $1,375,000 is just too small to represent any real punishment to a company like CCN. Whilst it might deter them from selling Acai and other health products in this manner, it will not act as a sufficient deterrent to other companies with similar business models. This, they may well rationalize, is just the cost of doing business.

There are so many things to look for when you are trying to find the best things for a good diet plan. One thing that so many people have been talking about is the acai berry. It has been on almost every major network on TV, and has even been on Oprah. That is why I want to find the best acai berry products. I know they must work because they have been endorsed by so many people, and all of them are saying that it works. Even the doctors on these shows are endorsing them for the healthy reasons for the body.

I have been searching for a while for the right acai berry products. It seems to me that there are quite a few options out there, and it can get very confusing finding the right one for me. I have been a long-time user of www.aresvista.com. I started with Ares Galaxy at the very beginning, and I moved through various other newer clients as featured on the Official Ares website. All the way through this wonderful journey I have always appreciated the simplicity of Ares, and above all the way that it just worked without too much prodding from me.

Ares Connect is it bolt-on program that interacts with whatever Ares client you happen to be using; it doesn’t matter whether you’re using the older Ares Galaxy one of the newer versions like Ares Vista. And because it doesn’t replace anything your system, there is nothing to uninstall. The whole process is pretty easy, actually. I just wish I’d come across Ares Connect much earlier!

Well, hindsight, like Ares Connect, is a wonderful thing.

If you’re trying to acquire Ares Vista absolutely hooked, then you happen to be not really alone. Out of date editions of Ares be determined by something named CNodes to produce your initial link with the actual Ares System.
